More details have emerged about the deadly June 16 shooting inside Wilmington Hospital, including the identity of the 23-year-old man police say opened fire on two teenagers, killing one. Wilmington police identified the suspect as John Wallace-Bey, of New Castle. Investigators say he was taken into custody in Philadelphia just hours after the shooting. Police have not released the name of the 19-year-old who was killed. The second victim, also 19, remained in critical condition as of June 17.
