Enhancing Grover’s search algorithm: a modified approach to increase the probability of good states - The Journal of Supercomputing

Abstract This article introduces an enhancement to the Grover search algorithm to speed up computing the probability of finding good states. It suggests incorporating a rotation phase angle determined mathematically from the derivative of the model during the initial iteration. At each iteration, a new phase angle is computed and used in a rotation gate around \(y+z\) axis in the diffusion operator.

Novel ribotype/sequence type associations and diverse CRISPR-Cas systems in environmental Clostridioides difficile strains from Northern Iraq

The environment is a natural reservoir of Clostridioides difficile and here, we aimed to isolate the pathogen from seven locations in Northern Iraq. Four of the sites yielded thirty-one isolates (ten from soils, twenty-one from sediments) which together represent ribotypes 001 (five), 010 (five), 011 (two), 035 (two), 091 (eight) and 604 (nine). Twenty-five of the isolates (∼81%) are non-toxigenic while 6 (∼19%) encode the toxin A and B genes.

Related Work The LBS applications are used for tracking users (Chen et al., 2020a), routing prediction (Wang et al., 2020), and to predict the revenue from ride-on-demand applications (Guo et al., 2020) in outdoor applications. However, wireless sensing is mainly used for indoor localization (Maghdid et al., 2019) and event detection (Sharma & Singh, 2021) in indoor applications. Due to its availability in crowded areas and its low cost, Wi-Fi is the most commonly used technology in IP systems.

Mechanical and fracture parameters of ultra‐high performance fiber reinforcement concrete cured via steam and water: Optimization of binder content

An investigational study is conducted to examine the effects of different amounts of binders and curing methods on the mechanical behavior and ductility of Ultra‐High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concretes (UHPFRCs) that contain 2% of Micro Steel Fiber (MSF). The aim is to find an optimum binder content for the UHPFRC mixes. The same water‐to‐binder ratio (w/b) of 0.12 was used for both water curing (WC) and steam curing (SC).
