The Winona area has a totally untapped economic resource that could bring in new jobs and have a significant impact in our community: banks filled with money.If we can just get our county and city to pass an ordinance allowing robbery of these untapped resources, we could generate new jobs and add a new influx of revenue to our region. Yes, it may be unethical and short-sighted, but think of the short-term benefits! The banks will recover, and how many of us really visit banks, anyway?
