Not only are the artificially induced feelings of fear and anxiety actually beneficial to your health, at least according to some studies, but they’re also just plain fun. Live sporting events and horror movies are about the only places where you can scream and shout at people for being idiots and still have a great time. This year has, thus far, been a banger one for horror movies.

There ain’t nothing like a good horror movie.
