Ticketfly, a San Francisco, CA-based social ticketing platform, has raised $22m in Series C funding. This round was led by SAP Ventures, with participation from Northgate Capital, Cross Creek Capital, and existing investor Mohr Davidow Ventures. The company plans to use the capital to further accelerate technology innovation and expand in existing and new vertical and geographic markets.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, at a post-money valuation of $95m, with participation from previous investors I2BF Digital, Mucker Capital, and AMENALAV Group. The company intends to use the funds to make strategic technical hires, increase adoption and further expand its customer support infrastructure.

Brilliant Bicycle Co., a New York and Los Angeles, CA-based Bike startup, raised $1.5m in seed funding. The round was led by former colleagues from both RRE Ventures and Bonobos, with individual participation from four general partners RRE as well as Andy Dunn (Founder, Executive Chairman Bonobos) and Bryan Wolff (CFO DogVacay, former CFO Bonobos). Matt Salzberg (CEO Blue Apron) also participated through Aspiration Growth. The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow the business.
