Louis Aguilar Hernandez, 38, died of multiple blunt force injuries and his death was ruled an accident, according to the Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office. Officers with the Santa Paula Police Department were dispatched to the crash near the intersection of Telegraph and Sheppard roads around 1:25 p.m., said police Chief Don Aguilar.
