Born, bred and educated in Singapore, Evelyn Chen is a food and travel writer who has been tracking the Lion City's F&B scene for two decades. She is also the Singapore destination expert for Telegraph Travel and a contributing editor to the Phaidon book Where Chefs Eat (2018th edition) and 12forward Singapore. In between writing assignments for publications like Eater, Telegraph, CNN Travel, CNBC and SCMP, the former Zagat editor shares her food discoveries on Instagram @bibikgourmand.
