Born, bred and educated in Singapore, Evelyn Chen is a food and travel writer who has been tracking the Lion City's F&B scene for two decades. She is also the Singapore destination expert for Telegraph Travel and a contributing editor to the Phaidon book Where Chefs Eat (2018th edition) and 12forward Singapore.
