To the Editor, Peanut allergy can lead to life-threatening reactions upon accidental ingestion of peanuts. Notwithstanding, treatment options are limited. The standard of care is to reduce accidental exposure by a strict peanut avoidance; however, this approach can be a major source of stress, uncertainty, and result in both dietary and social restrictions [1].
