In the original paper, we identified an error in Figure 3f and an omission of scaling factors in the legend of Figure 4e. In Figure 3f, the flow rates were incorrectly listed as 40, 20, 10, 5, and 3 sccm. The correct flow rates should be 4.0, 2.0, 1.0, 0.5, and 0.3 sccm, respectively.
