Abstract Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are increasingly deployed for monitoring both one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) environmental phenomena, generating vast amounts of sensitive data, often in the form of images, which are transmitted daily. Ensuring secure data transmission over untrusted communication channels is a persistent and critical challenge.

Abstract Underwater acoustic (UWA) communication systems operate in severe channel impairments, including strong multipath propagation, long delay spreads, frequency selectivity, Doppler effects, and high ambient noise. These challenges significantly complicate automatic modulation classification (AMC), especially in dense underwater networks where interference further degrades performance.

Abstract The rapid expansion of biometric authentication technologies worldwide has heightened the need for highly reliable and secure identification methods. This research explores the human ear as a distinctive biometric trait, capitalizing on its stable and person-specific anatomical structure. Although ear biometrics offer notable advantages, their practical use is hindered by image variations arising from changes in pose, scale, rotation, illumination, and contrast.
