Insights from Togo's Experience The implementation of the FinHealth approach in Togo provided three valuable insights: • First, building a collaborative process involving all key ministries, including the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene, the Ministry of Universal Healthcare Access, and the Ministry of Finance proved to be essential. Joint field visits to more than 20 health facilities fostered a shared understanding of constraints and accelerated solution identification.

Does artificial shrinkage (AS) before fresh blastocyst transfer improve clinical pregnancy rates in vitro fertilization (IVF)? 150 couples undergoing fresh single blastocyst transfer were randomized in this monocentric prospective, randomized, double-blind, controlled pilot study between May 20, 2018 and February 22, 2022. In the AS group, a single laser pulse was directed to the cellular junction of the trophectoderm at the opposite side of the inner cell mass in each blastocyst.
