There's been some pushback to a report out today from the CSIRO and the national enery regulator AEMO - that branded nuclear energy the most expensive source of power for Australia. The report finds renewables such as wind and solar remain the cheapest source of new energy by comparison - and the Government says it's proof Australia should abandon nuclear projects altogether.
