In this study, 82 subjects were subdivided into 40 ADD, 22 MCI and 20 CN. The basic demographics and ocular parameters of three groups are summarized in Table 1. There were no significant differences in above parameters, except for MoCA and CDR scores. The MoCA and CDR scores of ADD were lower than those of MCI, which were lower than those of CN. eTable 1 shows the thickness of each retinal sublayers in three groups according to ETDRS grid.
