Digital twin-guided service-aware graph attention ant colony optimization for reliable dynamic IPv6 routing in power data networks
Abstract Power data networks operating over IPv6-enabled communication infrastructures carry heterogeneous grid services with different latency, bandwidth, operational-risk, and recovery-priority requirements. Static routing metrics and manually weighted Quality of Service (QoS) objectives are insufficient to represent the dynamic coupling among traffic load, service priority, link risk, queueing delay, and fault states in dynamic IPv6 routing environments.
Memory guided adaptive spatiotemporal forecasting for city level cellular traffic
Abstract Accurate prediction of city-level cellular network traffic is essential for proactive resource allocation, congestion avoidance, and quality-of-service management in next-generation mobile networks, including under the ongoing evolution toward IPv6.
Large language models decode narrative pathology reports to define clinically relevant subtypes in IgA nephropathy
Abstract Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is the most common primary glomerular disease worldwide, with a highly heterogeneous clinical course. Current biopsy-based risk assessment relies largely on structured histological scores, such as the Oxford MEST-C score, which summarize selected lesions but may omit information contained in routine narrative pathology reports.

Rose-like structure of calcium molybdate decorated on halloysite nanotubes as an electrocatalyst: Highly sensitive and selective electrochemical determination of promethazine hydrochloride in biological and environmental samples: Density functional theory
Promethazine, a type of phenothiazine antihistamine, acts as a sedative by depressing the central nervous system [1]. It is widely utilized for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting resulting from motion sickness and surgical interventions, as well as for the management of psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, mania, and depression [2].

Tanshinone IIA ameliorates the development of dermal fibrosis in systemic sclerosis
Objectives We previously revealed the role of tanshinone IIA (TAN IIA) on endothelial cells and the impact of TAN IIA on the endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition in systemic sclerosis (SSc). In this study, we sought to further determine whether TAN IIA can directly act on the skin fibroblasts of scleroderma and look into its underlying anti-fibrotic mechanisms. Methods Bleomycin was used to establish the SSc mouse model.

The Dynamic Changes in the Composition and Diversity of Vaginal Microbiota in Women of Different Pregnancy Periods
1. Introduction As is well known, the human gut microbiota plays a crucial role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis and preventing disease development. In the past decade, the human gut microbiota has become a widely studied topic. We have a complex microbial community composed of 100 trillion microorganisms in our intestines, which affect human physiology, metabolism, nutrition, and immune function [,].

Characterization of precipitation from citrus vinegar during ageing: Chemical constituents, formation mechanism and anti-proliferative effect
Characterization of precipitation from citrus vinegar during ageing: Chemical constituents, formation mechanism and anti-proliferative effect Feifei Hu, Ye Qin, Yiqing Zhou, Lingyue Li, Yingxi Wang and Zhangshuang Deng Abstract Precipitation formation commonly occurs in ageing step of fermented citrus vinegar. Hitherto, chemical characteristics and biological properties of precipitates remain unveiled.
Astronaut Captain Scott Kelly Visits Cornell and Reflects on Lessons Learned in Space
Captain Scott Kelly held up two tiles from the 2007 Endeavor shuttle to Cornellians, a souvenir from his decades-long career in space that highlighted the lessons he learned aboard. The tiles — which protected the outside of the spacecraft from thousands of degrees of heat during reentry of the Earth — were found faulty by the astronauts aboard during a routine check. And while the minor chips on the tiles caused no further damage, this discovery was a test of faith for the astronaut.

Harmful Algal Blooms Make Reappearance in Cayuga Lake This Summer
In early July, the Tompkins County Health Department warned residents of the presence of harmful algal blooms in Cayuga Lake. Following the warning, Taughannock Falls State Park announced that it would be closed for swimming until blooms disappeared. Taughannock Falls has since reopened, but there is no telling when harmful algal blooms may appear once again. Algal blooms are a rapid growth period that allows the bacteria to be seen with the naked eye.
What Environmental Policies in the U.S. Could Look Like Given the Outcome of the 2020 Election
Global greenhouse gas emissions are projected to decrease by 8 percent in 2020, largely due to the worldwide lockdowns implemented to combat the spread of COVID-19. While this is good news for the environment, there is no telling the rate at which global emissions will increase once industries resume usual operations.
New Undergraduate Cornell Clinic Researches Automated Scoring Systems
When typing a simple Google search on the Internet, a vast array of systems have the power to decide which links or topics occupy the coveted top results page. However, automated scoring systems may contain unconscious bias due to a variety of factors — system designers may bring their personal bias when designing algorithms or the data sets used for machine learning may already contain bias.
Surface modification with E-cadherin fusion protein for mesenchymal stem cell culture
To effectively expand human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) in vitro without affecting their innate biological properties, a fusion protein (hE-cad-Fc) consisting of a human E-cadherin extracellular domain and an immunoglobulin G Fc region was fabricated and used as a biomimetic matrix for MSC culture surface modification.
