Effects of secretome derived from resveratrol treated mesenchymal stem cell on cornea wound: an organ culture study

Abstract The aim of this study was to improve of therapeutic effects of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ADSCs) secretome with Resveratrol (RV) treatment and investigate its effect on corneal wound healing. The ADSCs were isolated from the abdominal subcutaneous fat tissue of a rat and subsequntly cultured. Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) concentration were measured in secretome. Then, the effects of secretome treatment was assessed on rat cornea wound in ex-vivo model.
