Fiona Tatton

Fiona Tatton is the award-winning founder and CEO of Womanthology, the digital magazine and professional community powered by female energy and ingenuity. For over a decade, she has led its growth into an international platform that champions equal recognition and reward for everyone, while connecting women across sectors through stories, ideas and opportunities.

Stefanie Felsberger is a researcher at the Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy (MCTD), part of the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Research in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Her research explores the intersections of technology, data, gender and power, grounded in participatory methodologies and feminist theory. Her doctoral work focused on menstrual tracking technologies and how they intersect with questions of privacy, health, control and digital economies.

Katrina Collier is a globally recognised author, keynote speaker and facilitator specialising in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience. Based in London, she designs and delivers workshops and keynotes to recruiters worldwide. She authored The Robot Proof Recruiter (2019|2022), and Reboot Hiring (2024), and released her memoir The Damage of Words in 2025. “Ghosting leaves people down or depressed.
