I just turned 22 last week. I’ve been here for 2 years now, and I’ve been a team lead for the last year and a half. I meet a lot of amazing people here, everyone with a unique and personal story. But, I also meet a lot of close minded people, who are unwilling to accept change. You have the people who have worked here for 20+ years, and they assume that what they know is best. In some cases, this is true, and I’m one to believe that experience trumps education. But you have to be flexible.

There’s a reason that the talk of summer festivals sends a thrilling buzz of excitement into veteran festival goers, from the atmosphere to the line-up and new friendships - they know it’s an experience not to be missed! Most people who have never been to one argue that they either; don’t enjoy crowd’s, it’s too loud, uncomfortable, filthy or all of the above, and they may be right, but it's also something unlike anything else you’ll ever do.

Let us break down some issues it will be fun. First let us get rid of the obvious. Both of these men are extremely well achieved and very bright. Both of these men want to be President of the United States. Both these men have a passion about what they think is right. Both these men are well educated. Both these men love family. Both these men love the United States of America. Both these men are mature over 60 years of age. Both these men have some religiosity.
