What was your first job as a journalist?

One of my first jobs as a journalist was in Argentina following a well-known news story: the disappearance of Santiago Maldonado, known as one of the last disappeared. I had the opportunity to get to know the phenomenon of the Argentine disappeared, but also the social mobilizations that still try to shed light on the many missing children.

Who do you wish followed you?

I hope it can be followed by some colleagues who are interested in working with me, but I would also like to be contacted by some newspaper or television station.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I am very proud of the video reportage I made in the Canary Islands and two colleagues. For 4 months we analyzed the little-known migratory route: the Canarian route. We have seen a huge flow of migrants from Sub-Saharan Africa, but also the reception in centers known as CETI. The work led me to know firsthand the difficulties of migrants and the expectations they have once they arrived in Europe.
