Indium, a widely studied metallic element, has attracted considerable research interest across diverse scientific disciplines. It plays versatile roles in organic synthesis, acting as both a reducing agent [1,2] and a catalyst [3,4]. It is also widely utilized in manufacturing photoconductors [5], thermistors [6] and transistors [7,8], as well as in alloy formation [9,10]. Indium-containing compounds are extensively utilized in clinical practice for leukocyte radiolabeling [11].
