Consumers looking for products with the European Ecolabel
The survey was carried out amongst approximately 25,566 people across the 27 Member States between 31 August and 6 September 2026. It shows a marked increase in awareness of and trust in the European Ecolabel amongst European consumers. • 81 per cent of Europeans believe that labelled products have a lower environmental impact than similar products, compared with 75 per cent in 2023. • 46 per cent recognise the ‘flower’ logo, an increase of 8 percentage points since 2023.
