Why did you become a journalist?
Although I had inspiration in the family, it was a friend who pushed me to try out journalism. I found my place and I'll forever thank him.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
No, in high school journalism wasn't what I wanted to do with my life. It was until college that communication became a thing.
