Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant from Tallahassee, Florida. Born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, Gabriel attended local schools before joining the International Baccalaureate program during high school. He went on to Duke University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science in 2006, while also working in the athletic department.
Gabriel then attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where he earned Dean’s Scholar recognition. He participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, while also serving in the Legal Aid Society. He graduated with his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010.
His early legal career included work as a Project Assistant at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., an internship with Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and a summer role at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he was a Summer Associate with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, assisting with research, drafting, and case preparation.
At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers, advising on compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement. He also supported clients in the gaming and alcohol industries with regulatory matters.
Beyond his career, Gabriel has contributed to America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He remains engaged with local schools, Duke University, and environmental causes. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley, as well as golfing, fishing, and traveling.
