CCR5-targeted allogeneic gamma–delta CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T cells for HIV-associated B cell-malignancy immunotherapy - Nature Biomedical Engineering
Abstract Immune-based cell therapy offers a promising approach to cancer treatment. While autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells have shown success, production is time-consuming, costly and patient specific. Gamma–delta (γδ) T cells are promising for ‘off-the-shelf’ CAR T cell therapy. However, clinical translation of γδ CAR T cells is hampered by low frequency, resistance to genetic manipulation and advanced differentiation after expansion, limiting therapeutic feasibility.
Role of TRIM24 in the regulation of proteasome-autophagy crosstalk in bortezomib-resistant mantle cell lymphoma - Cell Death Discovery
Abstract Resistance to bortezomib (BTZ) represents a major bottleneck to continue using this proteasome inhibitor in the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). In this study, we investigated the mechanisms by which TRIM24 (tripartite motif-containing 24), a ubiquitin ligase enriched in the ubiquitome of BTZ-resistant MCL cells, modulates proteasome-autophagy crosstalk.
Establishment of a primary renal lymphoma model and its clinical relevance
Introduction B-cell lymphoma is a B-lymphoid hyperplasia disease with high heterogeneity. While most lymphomas primarily present in lymph nodes, extranodal dissemination of lymphoma is a common clinical feature observed in most subtypes of Non-Hodgkin’s B-cell lymphoma (B-NHL), including diffused large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL, NOS) (1, 2), Burkitt’s lymphoma (BL) (3, 4), and high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBL) (5, 6).
Monoclonal antibodies binding to different epitopes of CD20 differentially sensitize DLBCL to different classes of chemotherapy

Dyslipidemia in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma based on the genetic subtypes: a single-center study of 259 Chinese patients
Wanzhuo Xie*, Yi Xu, Huafei Shen, Yuanfei Shi, Yanchun Zhao, Xiaolong Zhen, Jianai Sun, Xueying Li, De Zhou, Chunmei Yang, Jinhan Wang, Xianbo Huang, Juying Wei, Jian Huang, Haitao Meng, Wenjuan Yu, Hongyan Tong and Jie Jin Department of Hematology, First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China Background: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a kind of highly heterogeneous non-Hodgkin lymphoma, both in clinical and genetic terms.
RHOA Therapeutic Targeting in Hematological Cancers
Abstract : Primarily identified as an important regulator of cytoskeletal dynamics, the small GTPase Ras homolog gene family member A (RHOA) has been implicated in the transduction of signals regulating a broad range of cellular functions such as cell survival, migration, adhesion and proliferation. Deregulated activity of RHOA has been linked to the growth, progression and metastasis of various cancer types.
