Aniar, Galway's Michelin-starred restaurant on Dominick Street, turns 15 this year, and chef-patron JP McMahon is marking the occasion with a series of special menus revisiting the iconic dishes that have defined the restaurant since it opened in 2011. Throughout June, Aniar's kitchen will revive signature dishes from across its 15-year history, reflecting the evolution of a restaurant built entirely around the produce, landscape and personality of the West of Ireland.
