ABSTRACT Health care coverage is key for health among people with HIV (PWH). We assessed differences in health care coverage and HIV outcomes and sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing between pre- and post-Medicaid expansion periods among PWH in Virginia. We analyzed Virginia’s CDC Medical Monitoring Project data for 2015–2022 (N = 1169). Weighted percentages were assessed for characteristics.

Jen Markiewicz is one of the most beloved professors in the chemistry department, and, unfortunately, this is her last semester as a professor at Marshall University. Professor Markiewicz, or Jen (as everyone knows her), is moving on to bigger and better things. With a bittersweet goodbye, we felt it only fitting to celebrate her and all that she has done for the students here at Marshall. First and foremost, she’s obviously cool because we call her Jen.
