Over the last several months I have been building a new sound-room and what better way to christen the room than with a review of a brand new speaker; enter the Gingko Audio FosterVu Loudspeaker, a small stand mount ported monitor with an aerodynamic shape, the newest loudspeaker design from the resonance control masters at Gingko Audio, capping off a line loudspeakers that was started last year with a DIY offering and has been growing steadily ever since.

Schiit Audio has always hoed their own row, producing world-class American-designed and manufactured audio at about one-quarter market value. Several weeks ago, I had a meeting with a Sony representative who informed me that Sony Pro Audio would be launching their first-ever Pro Audio IEM. While Sony Pro Audio has been a staple of the Pro Audio community for many years with their popular microphones and headphones, they felt it was time to enter the growing world of stage and studio IEMs with an entry-level offering, the Sony Pro Audio IER-M500.
