The Met Office Daily Weather Service Extremes service also reported that the lowest minimum temperature was felt at the Giants Causeway at 20.2 °C. The news comes as Met Office spokesman Oliver Claydon reveals that today (June 24) ‘places like Strabane, Enniskillen and Dungannon will reach 24C today which will be the top temperature'. He added that ‘Belfast will see 22C'. But he added that ‘tomorrow will be even warmer, with highs reaching 27C'.

A total of nine cannabis factories were uncovered during proactive searches in the counties of Armagh, Tyrone and Fermanagh over the last two days, 23 and 24 June. And with the support of Local Policing and Operational Support officers, cannabis plants with an estimated street value of approximately £1.1 million have been seized.
