I used at typewriter for an assignment in junior high once, which sent my teacher into hysterics.
Who's your favorite fictional journalist?
Recency bias says Trent Crimm: The Independent.
What's your favorite social network?
Substack, because its user base is by far the friendliest. I love the level of access that comes with Twitter as well.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
My high school was too small to have a newspaper, we would just lean into the hallway and yell the news.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
I see myself as an aspiring journalist. I'm just going to keep writing.
