President Mnangagwa enjoys the total support of all key arms of the State, including Parliament and the security sector, the Minister of State for National Security, Lovemore Matuke, has said. Minister Matuke, who is also the Zanu PF Secretary for Security in the Politburo, said the country's detractors and those who harbour ambitions of causing anarchy in the country, would fail in their machinations.

Zanu PF's social media policy is now ready and awaiting final approval by the Politburo in a landmark development that will stipulate how the revolutionary party's members conduct themselves on digital platforms and use the new media. Ruling party national political commissar Cde Munyaradzi Machacha said adoption of the new social media policy will usher a new epoch bringing to an end abuse of digital media platforms by party members to sow discord in the ruling party.

The ruling Zanu PF party in Masvingo has commenced construction of a state-of-the-art office complex that will serve as its permanent provincial headquarters. The new facility, located in the Clovelly area on the western outskirts of the ancient city, will include a conference centre with a seating capacity of 10 000 people. The project received a huge boost yesterday when Special Presidential Advisor Dr Paul Tungwarara donated 600 bags of cement and 50 000 face bricks.
