GeoSphere Austria

Published June 9, 2026 | Version v1 Dataset Open Surface observations measured by two automatic weather stations (AWS) collected by GeoSphere Austria during the TEAMx Observational Campaign (TOC) in Radfeld and Schlitters. Both stations are located in the Inn Valley Target Area (IVTA), in Austria.

ABSTRACT TEAMx is an international research programme that aims at improving our understanding of exchange processes in the atmosphere over mountains and at evaluating how well these are represented in numerical weather prediction and climate models. To this end, an observational campaign spanning one complete year (15/9/2024 – 15/9/2025) and including a wide range of instrumentation in the European Alps, was organised.
