Paris is always a good idea, as Audrey Hepburn famously mused in her 1954 film, Sabrina – and, after scouring the magnificent abundance of the city’s hotels, we can’t help but agree. On both sides of the Seine, the hotel scene is ineffably Parisian and diverse, taking in everything from palatial residences to boulangeries-turned-boltholes, each satisfying the most discerning appetites for design.
