The questioning followed an order by Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court in Abuja, who directed an investigation into how the restricted footage found its way into the public space. GWG.ng reports that the video was tendered as evidence in the trial of suspects accused of plotting to overthrow President Bola Tinubu’s government. The case stems from the arrest of several individuals in 2024.

Speaking in a viral interview with social media influencer King Mitchy, the actor’s widow, Stella Marris, said life has become extremely difficult for her and the children. According to her, the family currently lives without electricity and running water after their power was disconnected two months ago over unpaid bills. She added that they now fetch water from a well and move around at night looking for places to charge their phones.

The ruling was delivered by a court in Tacoma, Washington, after Nwadialo was found guilty of defrauding eight people through an online scheme that ran for nearly 15 years. According to court records, Nwadialo was indicted in December 2023 on 14 counts of wire fraud. He was arrested by the FBI at a Texas airport in 2024 shortly after he arrived in the United States. His arrest came months after he was elected as local government chairman in Nigeria on September 28.
