HOUSTON – When Patrina Marshall lost her mother, she wanted to honor her memory with a permanent memorial. Instead, she says she’s been left grieving twice. According to her records, Patrina paid $5,455 to Headstone World for a memorial ledger to be placed at her mother’s gravesite at Golden Gate Cemetery. While the company eventually delivered the memorial months after the purchase, Patrina says it arrived damaged.
