What was your first job as a journalist?
Apart from ghost writing for blogs I may not be able to mention for Privacy Policy's sake, The PUNCH, Lagos, Nigeria, would be my first.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
A journalist is a catalyst, one built for change, compassionate yet diligent and follows due process.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Anything well-written is fine. I am not particular about the format. It just has to be well-written.
Why did you become a journalist?
I finally have an opportunity to touch the lives of ordinary people and I was not going to just throw that away.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
It is very easy to cover, but it is not as easy as it seems. It is just as challenging as any beat out there, I am sure.
