MOORHEAD, MINN. (Valley News Live) - The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a Moorhead man has died after a two-vehicle crash involving a gravel truck just north of the city. It happened on Thursday, June 11 around 2:53 p.m. at the intersection of 34th Street and 28th Avenue North where a gravel truck and a passenger car collided. Officials say the driver of the car, identified as 46 year-old Abdihakim Abi was taken by Sanford Ambulance to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, MINN. (Valley News Live) - The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says a 78 year-old man is dead after being pinned beneath a tree. The incident was reported on June 10 at 10:52 a.m. in the city of Brandon. Officials say life-saving measures were attempted, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
