CompTIA CASP+ The SecurityX certification suits practitioners at the advanced skill level of cybersecurity. The certification used to be called the CASP+, and its exam was the CAS-004. The certification still covers most of the same topics, but the name has changed, and the exam is now the CAS-005. CompTIA CASP+ Formerly known as the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner, or CASP+, the newly rebranded SecurityX is an advanced-level security certification that certifies roughly 10 years of hands-on practical experience. While the name is changing, the exam itself is largely remaining the same; it’s still an expert-level cybersecurity certification for security architects and senior security engineers responsible for improving an enterprise’s cybersecurity readiness.

CompTIA CASP+ The SecurityX certification is a vendor-neutral credential. It used to be called the CompTIA CASP+ certification, and the qualifying exam was CAS-004. Now, the exam is CAS-005, and the certification is called SecurityX.
