The Asia Private Investment Funds and Secondaries team at Goodwin has successfully advised its long-standing client, LGT Capital Partners, as co-lead investor on its investment in the $500 million multi-asset continuation vehicles managed by IDG Capital. The multi-asset continuation vehicles comprise a diversified portfolio of 13 assets from onshore and offshore selling vehicles, with the expectation to offer long term value.
