Obtained 10 million public pay records from over 2,500 unique government agencies to populate TransparentCalifornia.com - the state's largest public pay database. Conducted legal research and assisted in crafting legal arguments for public records-related lawsuits, including one which prevailed at the Nevada Supreme Court, resulting in a landmark decision that protected and expanded Nevadans’ rights to access and inspect government records.

Exposed numerous examples of government waste which resulted in multiple governments changing their policies, saving taxpayers tens of millions of dollars.

Led outreach efforts to obtain over 5,000 media hits, including international coverage from some of the world's largest media organizations. Authored multiple studies on public pay and pensions, with dozens of commentaries that have appeared in places like Business Insider, Forbes.com, the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Los Angeles Times, RealClearPolicy.com, the San Diego Union-Tribune, the Wall Street Journal, ZeroHedge.com and elsewhere.
