Introduction The global incidence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy ranges from approximately 5% to 12%.1 In China, it ranges from about 9.4% to 10.4%. The occurrence of this disease is the second leading cause of maternal deaths.2 Gestational hypertension seriously endangers the health of mothers and children and can result in adverse outcomes such as preterm birth, low birth weight, and perinatal death.

Complexation with pagoda[n]arene (n=4, 5) protects ferrocenium from oxidation Gui-Hua Chen, Yi-Meng Duan, Ying Li, Xiao-Ni Han, Kun-Peng Wang, Zhi-Qiang Hu and Chuan-Feng Chen Abstract The complexation behaviors of pagoda[n]arenes (n=4, 5) with ferrocene, ferrocenium and analogues cobaltocenium were studied. The inclusion complexes of pagoda[n]arenes can protect ferrocenium from oxidation in organic solvents and improve the stability and oxygen resistance of ferrocenium.
