ABSTRACT This study explores Generation Z’s multifaceted expectations of families, educational institutions, teachers, and governmental bodies in Turkey, and how these entities perceive Gen Z comparatively. Grounded in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, it examines how physiological, safety, belongingness, esteem, and self-actualization needs intersect with socioeconomic factors and educational contexts.
