Abstract Background: Gastric cancer (GC) is the fifth most common cancer worldwide, ranking fifth in both incidence and mortality rates; it severely impacts patients’ quality of life, and the identification and detection of GC are crucial for its prevention. In recent years, there has been a growing trend in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of GC; however, systematic analyses using bibliometric tools remain scarce.

3. Results and Discussion 3.1. Vacancy Probability Density The impact of incident energetic ions on the target surface will result in primary knock-on atom (PKA) generation in the target. PKA often have enough kinetic energy to collide with other target atoms and induce a lot of target atom displacement; this process is so-called cascade collision. Vacancy and interstitial atoms generate in the process of target atoms displacement.
