Fringed fashion may have become typical of the holy month style statements, but these stringy adornments were seen sweeping the runways at spring/summer 2026 fashion shows. It started with scarves, which were designed for decoration rather than function. At Louis Vuitton, one striped scarf was tied at the waist below a tapestry floral print blouse, with monogrammed pockets and cord-like fringes giving it a fresh edge. Meanwhile, almost-metre-long frayed hems finished off scarves at Bottega Veneta.
