1. Introduction During COP26, the commitment to the Paris Agreement’s goal of limiting global temperature rise to below 1.5 °C was reaffirmed. The need for adaptation, mitigation, financing, technology transfer, and capacity building to achieve this goal was emphasized [1]. Currently, over half of the global population lives in urban areas, and this number is projected to increase further by 2050 [2].
