Haile Y.A.’s Biography

The author is a researcher and geopolitical analyst whose work sits at the intersection of information operations, computational propaganda, information warfare, media discourse, framing, and critical discourse analysis (CDA), with a particular focus on the intersection of digital infrastructures, information territory, and contemporary geopolitical conflict. He is the originator of the theory of Algorithmic Siege Warfare and the concept of Platformized Statecraft—mid range theoretical frameworks that elucidate how state and non state actors weaponize algorithmic architectures to contest informational territory and project geopolitical influence. In addition to these foundational contributions, he has published extensively on information operations and computational propaganda, with articles appearing in international peer reviewed journals and leading think tank publications. His scholarly output bridges academic theory and policy practice, offering actionable insights for international security studies and platform governance.
