Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto meets Palestinian-American billionaire

A meeting took place Thursday morning between Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto and billionaire Bashar al-Masri, a Palestinian-American businessman and investor. Al-Masri, the founder of the city of Rawabi, is considered a key figure in the emerging US-led peace framework, and is working toward achieving a sustainable peace between Israelis and Palestinians. During the meeting, Rabbi Pinto praised al-Masri for his many years of efforts to promote peace and spread goodness in the world.

1. Introduction Modeling and classifying human choice behaviors is always a very challenging part of statistical research. Discrete choice experiments (DCEs) provide tools that can be used to elicit these choice behaviors and preferences. According to [1], it has been stated that when the choices are complete, they are made under a justifiably expected utility representation with a probability distribution in which the expected utility increases in the next time period. See [2] for an example.
