Digital Transformation: A Literature Review and Future Research Agenda
Digital transformation (DT) has received growing attention as it emerged as a pivotal force in reshaping modern enterprises and societies over the past two decades. Despite the global emphasis on researching DT, its precise conceptualization and definitive boundaries remain unclear. This paper offers a comprehensive review of the existing literature on DT, providing an in-depth analysis of its conceptualization, key influencing factors, measurement approaches, and economic consequences.
Pulsed electromagnetic field ameliorates the progression of osteoarthritis via the Sirt1/NF-κB pathway - Arthritis Research & Therapy
Recombinant human IL-1β was sourced from MedChemExpress (NJ, USA). TRIzol reagent was acquired from Thermo Fisher Scientific. (CA, USA). 2×ChamQ Universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix and HiScript III RT SuperMix for qPCR (+ gDNA wiper) was obtained from Vazyme Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China). Primary antibodies against iNOS, Cox-2, Col2a1, and IκBα were acquired from Affinity Biosciences (Jiangsu, China). Primary antibody of anti-MMP13 was provided by ABclonal Technology Co.,Ltd.(Wuhan, China).
Identification of diagnostic biomarkers in prostate cancer-related fatigue by construction of predictive models and experimental validation - British Journal of Cancer
Abstract Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is a prominent cancer-related complication occurring in Prostate cancer (PCa) patients, profoundly affecting prognosis. The lack of diagnostic criteria and biomarkers hampers the management of CRF. The CRF-related data and PCa single-cell data were retrieved from the GEO database and clinical data was downloaded from the TCGA database. The univariate logistic/Cox regression analysis were used to construct the prediction models.
Incidence of postpartum hemorrhage based on the improved combined method in evaluating blood loss: A retrospective cohort study
PLOS ONE, Jul 2023 Objective In view of the current clinical inaccuracies and underestimations of postpartum hemorrhage amount, this study aims to investigate the incidence, etiology, clinical characteristics of postpartum hemorrhage in different modes of delivery based on the combination of volumetric method, gravimetric method and area method in evaluating blood loss.

Chondroprotective Effect of Moracin on IL-1β-Induced Primary Rat Chondrocytes and an Osteoarthritis Rat Model through Nrf2/HO-1 and NF-κB Axis
Chondroprotective Effect of Moracin on IL-1β-Induced Primary Rat Chondrocytes and an Osteoarthritis Rat Model through Nrf2/HO-1 and NF-κB Axis Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common joint disease characterized by cartilage degeneration and inflammation. Although moracin is known to play a role in anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation in several inflammatory diseases, its anti-inflammatory effect in OA remains largely unknown.
