1 PATIENTS AND METHODS Patients were admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery, Changhai Hospital, Naval Medical University, Shanghai, China. Patients diagnosed with perianal tumour between January 2010 and January 2023 and repaired with maple leaf-shaped flap were included in this retrospective study. Intraoperative and postoperative photographs included in this study were taken with patients' consent.
