1 Introduction Evaluation of agricultural industry residues is a current issue, especially in developing and developing countries. Large amounts of food residues are formed as a by-product along the food production line. A significant part of these residues, which sometimes cause environmental pollution, are destroyed immediately or used to produce products such as animal feed and fertilizer with low economic value.
