1 Introduction Needle-free injection of biomedical cargoes into living tissues allows for reducing possible contamination and suppresses inflating unnecessary pain in patients. While quite a few different proposals including laser-based solutions have been reported,[1, 2] controllable injection of a single biomedical nanocargo remains a challenge. Here we will explore the capabilities of light-driven tools to address this challenge.
