On Tuesday, August 2, Suerte will host Chef Dylan Salisbury of Tatsu-Ya for the August Taquero Takeover! For this one-night collaboration, the team will be serving a Smoked Kalua Pork Taco with Tiki XO Sauce and Avocado Salsa, available for dine-in only. Chef Salisbury pulled inspiration for the taco from a quintessential Hawaiian dish featuring pork wrapped in a banana leaf and cooked in an "imu" (an underground oven that is one of civilization's most ancient cooking structures).
